January Ipsy Bag Review, Outfit and Eye Makeup

So I got my January Ipsy bag! It was a little disappointing this month, but usually I am VERY happy with them. They seemed to have been going for a skin care and hair care theme, which is awesome; I just didn't get the best of the items. That's totally fine though! I didn't receive my fifth item, but Ipsy Care was great and is sending it to me.

MicaBeauty- Tinted Lip Balm in Natural (traded it for the other color, in Fiesta)

Absolute!- Makeup Cleansing Tissues
