Ulta Haul: NYX, L'Oreal, and Batiste!! :)

Right before my vacation I went to Ulta to get a few things, here is what I picked up!

First, I was in a serious need of a new dry shampoo! I love this Batiste one, it smells so good too.

NYX products were on sale, and I really wanted to try the new Angel Veil Primer. Let me tell you, it is AMAZING! It feels similar to Hourglass's Mineral Veil Primer, and it glides over your skin!
I also picked up two of these GORGEOUS NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams, I got the shades Morocco and Copenhagen. They are so pretty, especially for fall!

L'Oreal was also on sale, so I picked up some mascaras. I repurchased the Butterfly mascara, and got it in waterproof for my vacation. I also picked up the new Miss Manga mascara. I am seriously loving it so far. And lastly, I got the Million Lashes mascara because I have never tried it before!

Forever 21 and Avon Haul

I love my pink pleated maxi skirt that I got it in green!! :)

 I got myself a KIMONO!! :)
The picture doesn't show it very well the pattern is pictured below

Mint Crop top tank
This bralette is black, it didn't show up that though. haha
I recently purchased some stuff from Avon, and I also got some samples that I was really impressed with!

This is a swatch of the lipgloss in the shade Creamy Nude

This perfume is really nice! Very floral and feminine

I bought this really nice Avon Glow bronzer/blush duo in Peach Glow
Matte Bronzer and Blush!

I really wanted to try an  eye cream, and this one is really great! Pretty thick, but not too thick. I have definitely seen improvements in my under-eye dryness.

Out of all the samples, I was most impressed with this eyeshadow quad sample!
The colors were so creamy and pigmented!! I was very impressed.
This quad is called in Stone Taupes

February Favorites :)

This is my first time doing one of these, I'm excited! Well I have been using a lot of new products that I LOVE. Some of these I have been using for a few months, but they are relatively new.

My favorite foundation, maybe ever- Covergirl Outlast Stay Fabulous in 805 Ivory. This foundation has amazing coverage and still looks so natural. I will definitely be repurchasing this.

I use this e.l.f HD Powder to set my under-eye concealer, and it is so great! And you can't beat the price.

Of course, Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette is a favorite! I use it almost everyday, and I love pretty much every color in the palette.

Too Faced Milk Chocolate Soleil Bronzer is incredible to contour with or just to warm up your face.
MAC Pro Longwear Concealer (NW20) is the best concealer I have ever used.

When I was in search of good highlight/contour products, I saw this product in Jaclyn Hill's 'How to Cream Contour' video, I knew I had to have it. It is so wonderful. It is bareMinerals Stroke of Light Eye Brightener in Luminous 2

I have two blushes, although I have been loving blushes in general lately, and they are Bobbi Brown blush in Tawny, and City Color Be Matte Blush in Fresh Melon. Both are so beautiful and pigmented.

This is a sample size, but I have been loving Benefit Stay Don't Stray eye primer so much. I may just have to buy the full size.

In the bottom right corner, we have my favorite highlighter lately, NYX Illuminator in Ritualistic

I have been loving so many of my brushes this month:
Sigma F80- Flat Topped Kabuki that I have been using to apply foundation
Sigma F86- Tapered Kabuki, I use this to apply my under-eye concealer and powder.
Sigma F40- Large Angled Contour, I use this to apply blush and sometimes a contour.
Sigma E55- Eye Shading brush. I use this to apply color to my lids.
Sigma E60- Large Shader, I love using this brush to apply my base color to my whole eye and for applying my brow bone color.
Urban Decay crease brush (That comes with the Naked 2 Palette) is my favorite brush to apply crease and outer-v. I try to use others, but I always come back to this one.

My favorite powder is Rimmel London Stay Matte Powder in Translucent

Oh Anastasia Beverly Hill Brow Wiz in Soft Brown, you do wonders for those horrible brows of mine!

A primer that I find myself reaching for almost everyday is e.l.f. Mineral Infused Face Primer. I goes on so smooth, and I just really like it (and the price).

Two Hair/Face products that I love,
Pantene Pro-V BB Cream is awesome, and I have seen some improvements in my hair for sure!
Josie Maran Argan Oil- I use this product on my hair, and on my face when it is really in need of hydration.

Hair, makeup, and Outfit of the day

I really loved my eyes today! I got inspired by a woman that I follow on Instagram (Muastephnicole), her look is MUCH better and more dramatic. I love it :)
Eyes:All Lorac Pro Palette
Crease- Lorac Pro Palette Taupe, Sable, and Espresso.
Lid- Champagne, and Light Bronze
Outer V- Espresso and Black
Brow Bone- Cream

Recent Hair Product Purchases and Make up of the day

I feel like I haven't posted in weeks, but it has only been like 3 days. I'm sooo sorry for the lag in posts. This semester is killing me slowly. Inner corner and brow bone- UD Naked Basics Palette in Venus with Sigma Pencil Brush (inner corner) and Sigma E60 for brow

You can actually see my blush and highlighter for once in a picture!!
Blush- Color City Be Matte Blush in Fresh Melon
Highlighter- NYX Illuminator in Ritualistic
Lips- Revlon Lip Butter in Wild Watermelon

I have recently bought some new (2 of them) drugstore hair products! The Tresemme Heat protection is a repurchase. It is great stuff.
I also got the Pantene Hair BB cream! I used it once so far, and I really like it.
I am starting to run low on my Psssssst! Dry shampoo, so I decided to try a new one. I got the Herbal Essences Naked Dry Shampoo. I used it today, and it smells really good. When I came back to my room, my hair looked a little greasy so I put more in. It is an okay product, I will use it but I like the Pssst! brand better :)
